[/b]Fanfare erupted from the building, explosions of confetti and balloons following. One could only wonder what was going on. Normally the Contest Hall was quiet, as quiet as anything could be in Iolite City anyway. A few people might go in and out, but nothing big. Was someone famous there? Some sort of concert? Anyone nearby would hear, after the music died down. Speakers hooked up outside played a special message. It was in a man's voice, and damn, didn't he sound excited!
"Come one, come all! I am here to announce that the very first Iolite Contest is about to start! Come and sign up to be a part of this historical moment in Bosena!"
