Nacre is a presumptious little girl. She likes to think she is the apple of everyone's eye, when in reality most people see her as nothing more than a spoiled skitty. Which she is. Mignon and her get along pretty well, though Mignon tries to keep a degree of seperation because she's terrified this skitty could not have a good pedigree like her togepi did. Nacre doesn't seem to mind as long as her owner keeps allowing her to live the high life.
