In a world where mutantkind has been widdled down from many to a few, the X-Men could use any edge they can get from their new headquarters on Utopia. Enter X-Strike. X-Strike is a covert black-ops team that has been given the green light to eliminate threats to mutantkind by any means necessary. They work in the shadows, but are based out of a mansion in Seattle, Washington. Not even the Scott Summers, Cyclops, leader of the X-Men, knows about them. They have a mysterious benefactor of whom they've never even seen his or her's face.
They are balanced upon the very edge of the Event Horizon!
Event Horizon is a no WC, Original Covert Ops Team RPG set in the X-Men Marvel Comic-verse, just after Schism happened in the comics. We are currently accepting both X-Strike members and Villains only. Sorry, no X-Men are being accepted, just originals at this time. We will be holding weekly RP sessions on AIM (people can use AIM Express if they don't have AIM as it doesn't have to be downloaded) in the coming weeks. The log from that session will be posted on the board the next day or so.
